Howard
The new city, or so called, that is being built in the area of Howard in Panama is growing, and yet better things to come!.. There are going to be universitites, departments and many other affortable stuff, just like living in a fine city.
The project is still under construction, but one day it will be unbelieveable... We hope this is to be true...
